Having opened our first patisserie 18 years ago in Newington Green, which specialised in the production of Baklava and other Turkish sweets. We have undertaken a journey to spread the “Antep Kitchen” which has resulted in another restaurant and patisserie on Green Lanes before our Upper Street restaurant opened. The Antep kitchen is famous in Turkey for its large variety & and its ongoing progression which has been driven by it being situated on the “Silk Route”. The influx of merchants and travellers from across the world has led do different ingredients and ideas being used over the course of History to develop a rich food culture.
